We ship globally via DHL Express and across Australia using both DHL and Australia Post. Yes, we deliver to PO Boxes (via Australia Post only) and now offer Australia Post Collect for pickup at designated locations. Please ensure your delivery address is correct as once shipped, it can’t be changed.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Yes, full-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale, outlet, and discounted items are eligible for exchange or store credit only.

Please email [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your order to request a Returns Authorisation Code. All returns must be in original condition with tags still attached.

Returns are processed within 5 business days of receipt. You’ll be notified by email once your refund or exchange is complete. Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for your bank to process the transaction.

All custom bridesmaid orders will take up to 6-8 weeks.

Yes! All custom orders will take 6-8 weeks in production. Our express international shipping takes approx. 3-8 business days and standard takes 8-15. Please keep this in mind when placing your order.

All custom bridal orders are to be paid upfront and in full.

We currently offer sizes ranging from XS-XXL for all bridal orders, however, we are more than happy to accommodate if this does not suit your needs. If you wish to order a size outside this range please email us.

Please note; custom sizes will incur a small fee.

We recommend taking the measurements for each girl and following our size guide.

Your gowns will be made in the size indicated at the time of purchase and cannot be changed thereafter. If you would like to send us an email or give us a call, we are more than happy to offer advice where applicable, but please note, any alterations and changes will need to be arranged on your end.

It is important to note, that while we strongly pride ourselves on providing the utmost quality and consistency, there may be a slight variation in shade to your final purchase. Our garments are produced in separate batches to our fabric swatches and therefore we cannot guarantee the shade is exact.
